Should travelers be permitted to book directly through an internet site that offers steeply discounted pricing? Are there mandates in place demanding travelers book only through authorized sources? Can travelers book air, hotel, car rental and other services outside of corporate policy under certain circumstances? Must travelers use the corporate charge card for all travel expenditures?
