What we are not.
MAI is not a travel agency nor travel management company that is a representative of primary travel suppliers.

We have no financial ties to travel industry suppliers, travel management companies, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, automation suppliers, nor credit card companies, and are not compensated through commissions or fees by any travel vendors, primary or secondary. We accept no compensation in the form of financial rewards nor free travel opportunities.

We do not charge fees that are based on inflated savings outcomes.

What we are.
We are independent representatives of our clients and provide services only to the buyers of travel.

We are objective industry experts using all of our resources to insure clients’ needs are satisfied.

We are discreet. We do not share client information with others, including the trade press.

As an independent third party, we use our knowledge and experience to insure “best practice” solutions to the problems for which we were engaged, including: purchasing, operations, technological innovation, and traveler satisfaction.

MAI is current with cutting edge automated systems to improve reservations processes, expense reporting and compliance, vendor detail and analysis, integration with corporate accounts and other constantly emerging techniques to improve travel management.
