Management Alternatives (MAI), created in 1977 following research by the founders and validated frequently since, were the developers of many of the most widely used techniques for improving management, purchasing and monitoring of travel. These methods have been implemented by large and small travel purchasers.

Each MAI consultant has had years of experience in the many facets of travel management. As MAI approaches its 30th Anniversary, we have now served almost 600 corporations, federal and state government entities, educational institutions, and not for profit organizations to improve their travel management programs. There is no T&E consulting firm with experience to match that of MAI.
